The market in Michigan is interesting. A lot of designer homes sit empty as people continue to move out of the state. These mansions sit along in silence waiting for the right buyer.
But not all of the homes are of designer or luxury level. Many smaller homes, (some from foreclosures) are for sale too. You can find some incredible deals on the market today that you usually cannot find under any other conditions. These numbers continue to go all across the board from commercial properties and loft spaces.
Now, my question to you is... what is considered a great commission these days during these days of economic uncertainty?
