Almost everyday our phone rings where folks ask who we would recommend for this or that task. Being in Atlanta, Buckhead & Sandy Springs Real estate sales, executive leasing and property management business, Tim Francis Realty see more than the average share of needed repairs. The first impression of any property is the front yard. We routinely have properties prepared for sale and lease, as well as maintain many lawns through our property management company. One of my most used vendors is my lawn care guys of Abe & Jose’s Lawn Service. Over the past 10 years, we've used a number of lawn care services, but they are my favorites.
Abe & Jose’s Lawn Services now handles a majority of our properties for me every month and will help if we need to get a property in better shape to sell or lease. What I really appreciate is that they are reliable, nice and good at what they do. A lot of folks in the past just did the mow, blow and go services. How Abe & Jose differentiate themselves are two fold.
First, they routinely trim bushes and trees, so the property always looks kept up. Second, Abe is always out with his crew, so there is responsibility and pride of work completed. He has high standards and there are never missed items, because the boss wasn’t around.
It’s a delight to work with them and they are a huge asset to my business. Since we’ve done so much work together, he understands what is important in real estate and does a great job. The clean fresh look sells in Atlanta, Buckhead & Sandy Springs, GA!
