Downtown Nashville Living Home to more then 5,000 and growing

If you are looking for a home that offers art and cultural amenities then as Tamara Dickson of the Downtown Partnership recently remarked, "(You) want to live in the urban core because of the walkable environment."  Today the downtown community of Nashville has grown to more then 5,000 residents who all share a love for Music City.

According to the Tennessean, "Since 2000, developers have invested $519,650,000 in 29 residential developments inside the city's urban center, which stretches from Jefferson Street and the Cumberland River to the north and east and the interstate loop to the east and the south."  According to the Area Locator Map these are areas 1, 2, 3, 8 and 7.

Investors are also enjoying the benefits of a 95% rental occupancy rate over the last 5 years in Nashville.  So if you are looking to purchase one of the many available Nashville condos, know that renting it would not be a problem.

Nashville still remains in a buyers market, which makes it a great time for a home renter to become a homeowner.  Diane O and Friends has a number of properties that are available for lease, lease/purchase or purchase, right in the heart of the Nashville business district.

It matters to us as much as it matters to you.

Looks like some great lofts Diane, and Nashville needs this type of "walkable" environment.  This is the place to be in Nashville.
