- January, 2011: Rancho Bernardo Months of Inventory: 5.5
- December, 2010: Rancho Bernardo Median Home Price $593,000; 6% higher than December, 2009
- December, 2010: Rancho Bernardo Homes Sold: 36; 32% lower than December, 2009
Rancho Bernardo Condos and Townhomes
- January, 2011: Rancho Bernardo Condos for Sale: 236 (Active, contingent, and pending)
- January, 2011: Rancho Bernardo Months of Inventory (Condos): 6.3
- December, 2010: Rancho Bernardo Median Condo Price: $338,000; 1% higher than December, 2009
- December, 2010: Rancho Bernardo Condos Sold: 34; 21% lower than December, 2009
