Kat, another great Lake Arrowhead market recap. I was wondering, can you explain what's the difference between medium list and average list prices? There's such a big gap between them.

Median verses Average: Median means half of homes listed fall below that list price, and half are above it.
Average is adding up all the listed prices and dividing them by the total number of homes listed.
And the same applies with solds.
