Good afternoon everyone! This Monday has flown by already. As I have for the past three months, I am going to write down all the top money making activities that I feel will help better my business, allow me to focus and buckle down for a busy week. Here is my plan for this week:
- send out first week of realtor introduction letters and do follow up calls on Friday to each one that was delivered
- Go to three networking events and try to set an up an appointment with one person from each event for the coming week
- Meet with three Realtors to discuss win/win marketing ideas
- Meet with one financial planner to explain a unique product for higher income buyers...very few are even certified to sell this product at all. I am one of two in my office alone.
- Take one training class as a refresher for underwriting guidelines (my goal is to do this once a week and update you on something new that has changed or is going to take place in the future)
- Create unique give aways for Realtor event that myself and another in my office are sponsoring on Friday
- Create 5 new ads for craigslist
- Create 2 new ads for facebook
- Work on creating a system for all referral partners, and potential clients...this might take a few weeks but I want it on my calendar so that I'm focused on making this a priority.
That's enough! Again, another week jam packed but by using this accountability blog to keep me focused, I'm making it happen almost always. Follow along with me and if anything, I hope that my blog helps inspire you to buckle down and get busy!
