Condos for Sale -- We have plenty

We still have an overabundance of condos for sale in the Panhandle.

Just in Destin alone there is an 80 week supply of them on the market currently.  That is over a year's worth of supply.  Average days on the market are 301 and you can expect to get a 10% discount out the door.

Need to know which projects are safe while others are not?  Use a Buyer's Representative to help you sort through them.

Kelly, I stayed at a condo in Destin three years ago for my parents' 50-year wedding anniversary celebration. It was really nice. And I have married me a girl from Pace, which I think I near you in Santa Rosa Beach, if I'm not mistaken. We were just there a month ago for the holidays.

No point to my response, really, except just saying hello. :-)

Ah, yes Destin is awesome.  Pace is about an hour and 45 minutes to the North of Santa Rosa Beach area in Walton, County.  Yes, this sure is a beautiful part of the country.  Thank you for logging in.  Need a condo?  We have plenty.

We currently live in SoCal. We love Florida and Destin is where we came in the summer of 88 for a vacation and fell in love with the place.

Ha, our area has changed a lot since your visit in 1988.  We are a busy little fishing town now.  I am working on my laptop today, negotiating offers for multiple buyers and watching ELLEN.  She just said your weather in California was pretty awesome itself over the weekend.
