What a great day, multiple calls, showing property and offers coming in.
The day started off with all my technology -computer, office phone system down and chaos.
I had 3 phones lines ringing while on my cell phone. I started off the day on floor duty with a bum phone in my office. Had to set up showings for other agents and also get prepared for an overseas client. Just got back from showing property and finally got my office phone working.
I still have a BPO to get finished and some other clients to touch base with before my evening appointments.
My call messaging was being forwarded to another agent in another office. They formally were working here. I wonder if my callers were as surprised as this agent was when he answered calls for me on his cell phone.
You gotta love this business, from silence to insanity in 5 minutes.
