You might want to take a look at www.listingVUE.com You can post pretty nice details about your listings and add it to the list of sites you use for your Seller's presentation. I just posted to that site yesterday and will be interested to see how the tracking works, considering there are listings from all over the country. But on the upside for me , it gives me another opportunity to send a copy to my sellers and say I'm still out there working on your listing all the time! You can post listings for free or you can join and use more options.

The site is pretty simple to manipulate and it really won't take that long to upload your pictures, tours, and profile!

Hi Char,

I've put a couple of my listings on there already. However, I'm having a tough time having them accept the photos on the second listing. I uploaded the same way as the first, but it's still not showing. Not sure what to do about it. Anyway, There are only 3 listings in our area in Wildwood, New Jersey. I agree with you. It's a great thing to show our Sellers how hard we are working for them.

Joyce upload pictures one at a time..........otherwise the pictures may be too large if you have a way of resizing them they'll work.
