First of all - let me start by saying that I am not an employee of MyRealPage. But a blog about how much I love them is completely overdue....
I've gotta say, I've seen a lot of template websites in my real estate lifetime - I've been a paying client of both Point2 and Ubetor... MyRealPage has won my heart... here's why:
1) Nice PROFESSIONAL templates and VERY easy to work with. Of course, like anything - it's going to take a few times doing something till you really get the hang of it.. but once you do, it's really easy to use.
2) Google mapping property search - I believe you guys call is IDX search in the states - here in Canada, we call it reciprocities... same thing though.. Your clients can view all of the properties for sale in their favorite neighbourhoods (sorry guys, that's how we spell it here.) The interface is great - it's based on a google map. INNOVATIVE!! It's also worth mentioning that your listings get updated automatically instead of you having to enter them into your site.

4) Built in QR Code generator
5) Google Maps AND Bing Birds eye (I like Bing's - they're so pretty!)
6) Built in Social Media Links
7) I saved my favorite for last - MOBILE SEARCH FEATURE*!! That's right - included in the price
of your website - you have a page that your clients can access that will allow them to walk around - their phone (IPhone or Android) will pick up on their location by GPS and will show them all of the available homes near them. I'm seeing this feature being sold for $100/month by some companies - MRP gives it away for FREE! It's awesome - and it's no extra charge for this - can't believe it!!
8) *For those of you who want to take it further and want a complete mobile version for your website - THEY OFFER THIS AS AN ADDITIONAL FEATURE TOO!! (Sorry for yelling, it just gets me so excited!!)
