Extra - you always under promise and over deliver. The extra mile one
Integrity - you NEVER surprise someone NOT doing what you say
Consistency - a BIGGIE I see in the prizes. They are gems in not having mood disorders, either being mercurial with hot and cold, or in seeming to even having very bad days. I think it is their internal cheerfulness that is their compass to keep perspective on things. They are positive people at their core
Chemistry - this is the elusive X factor. Even the prizes don't mesh well with some people, but those they are a match for it is like a magnetic attraction where you just HAVE to get back with them again. Minimal disagreements, or you FIGHT metaphorically or disagree with them while still holding hands
