The Meadow Wood Farm subdivision in New Fairfield,CT sits at just beyond the intersection of Ball Pond Road and Milltown Road, making it the choice location for commuting south toward New York or lower Fairfield County.  The homes in the neighborhood are a little bit older, but many have had upgrades over time including the kitchens, baths and mechanical systems.
