Another week of slight increases for West Covina Homes and Condos, taking the total of active West Covina Residential Real Estate listings from 297 to 301.

The distribution of active West Covina Standard Listings compared to West Covina Short Sales and West Covina Bank Owned properties is as follows this week:
In addition to the currently active West Covina Residential Real Estate Listings, there are 34 West Covina Homes and 10 West Covina Condos in Back-Up Offer Status, 73 West Covina Homes and 25 West Covina Condos are Pending Sale.
Between January 1, 2011, and January 24, 2011, a total of 22 West Covina properties closed Escrow - 3 West Covina Condos (ranging from $178,000 to $299,000) and 19 West Covina Homes (ranging from $250,000 to $457,500). In the same time frame in 2010, a total of 32 West Covina properties had closed Escrow.
