Florence Al Market Reports (Florence Al Homes For Sale/Pending/Sold Nov 2010)

Of the 22 homes sold for November 2010, only 2 of those homes were foreclosures.  The lowest priced home was $41,000 and the highest priced was $459,900. 

Comparing number of sales to the same month last year, you can see sales are almost half.  But clearly highter priced homes are selling which results in the much higher average sales price. 

Of the New Listings for the month of November 2010, only 2 were foreclosures.
