Halloween is just around the corner and then the barrage of holidays is upon us. Are you ready?
Sure you have your Outlook calendar set up, you have your PDA synced and even possibly your phone...but to you have the national holidays all set correctly? Most of us don't. Here's how to change that. 1. Open MS Outlook
2. Go to "Tools" on the Menu Bar and Select "Options"
3. Click "Preferences" tab and Click "Calendar Options"
5. When the "Add Holidays to Calendar" window opens check the desired national holidays you wish to have on your Outlook calendar (default is US Holidays)
6. Click "OK" until you get back to Outlook Desktop
Now you have all the National Holidays preset AND the next time you sync your phone or PDA they will be transferred to your device. If you don't know how to set reminders or add more holidays - such as anniversaries and birthdays so you don't forget - please leave a comment and we will let you know.
