Every week I look for the best real estate buys in Kuna, Idaho.
As a former real estate appraiser and current Realtor since March 1, 1995 I have the experience to spot good deals. In Kuna, Idaho, which is south of Boise and Meridian, Idaho and just a short 15-20 minute drive to Boise, it is a nice place to live and I have identified four best real estate buys in Kuna, Idaho this week.
I try to identify those homes that will be a good buy going in, but also ones that will be a good property to sell in the future. Those homes will have at three bedrooms, at least two baths and at least a 2-car garage. All the values are under $50.00 per square foot.
