Trying to decide on a special way to celebrate Valentine's Day with your sweetie? A romantic meal at a fine restaurant is hard to beat, and Birmingham offers some great choices for a special evening that you both will enjoy. These are some of my favorites but I'm not sure which I would pick.....they are all so good! Check out their websites for menus and reservation information.
