It's early morning, you've rushed to catch the Midtown Direct Train to NYC, you made it with time to spare.
If you smell fresh coffee it must be coming from Berkeley News and Convenience Store. Go on in get a cup of coffee and a fresh newspaper. As Berkeley Heights real estate agent I don't take the train often, but I stop by Berkeley News about 4-5 times a week to get a soda (my preferred choice of caffeine) and the usual lottery ticket. I come here because of Sandy Shah, who with her husband own and run this local business. Sandy is always happy to see me and her other customers come thru the door. She always has a smile and happy word to say to everyone. That is what you should expect from merchants, but from experience it's not what you get. I can always count on it from Sandy at Berkeley News. If you haven't been there before, stop by and say "hello", you'll find yourself returning.
