Wordless Wednesday - Cattle drive on an overpass????
This has to be the coolest overpass ever!

This picture was taken on an overpass traveling from Reno towards Carson City, then to South Lake Tahoe. I snapped it with the same old Canon digital camera as I was driving. It seems to be metal cut-outs or silhouettes, and seem to be on several overpasses in the area. I am not sure of the history behind it, or why it was done. Maybe it was done for MY pleasure?
My parents could have used one of those when they cut through their pasture to build a highway. For real!

That one is really cool but my favorite overpass is in Dana Point... It has whales and sparrows on it.. I will have to take a picture of it next time I am down there..Nice pictures Chris.
I've never seen an overpass decorated before...what a great way to do it!

That is a great photo, glad you shared it with us! I've seen some overpasses with designs before, but nothing like that.
