Clear Capital

Real Estate Agent with HomeSmart Optima Realty DRE #01454522, 01484133
We signed up with ClearCapital a couple of days ago and they responded faster than anyone to put our account through.  Problem is that now that we can log in, there are no jobs to sign up for.  How long does it take before we start seeing BPO assignments we can take?  Is there some sort of pecking order and we are on the bottom of the pile?  Please enlighten us!  We just want to make some money!

You will get an email when there is a BPO available.  You have to act fast though since they are first come first server on them.

they used to blast their orders to several agents at a time, now they send it to one agent, and if they don't accept within a few minutes, they send it to another one.

I haven't seen anything from them in quite a while. I tend to miss a lot of the blast orders, since they are almost always sent out when I am not by the computer. I need to get one of those Fancy shmancy cell phones, because I heard they are very useful for this kind of business, but that won't happen until the next month, when my Verizon contract expires (I get almost no signal and my house, and I live in the middle of a city!).

When I signed up I started receiving orders almost immediately, I think it took two or three weeks. You can call and inquire about orders, that might help.

Thank you for the responses.  It seems we're just a bit impatient.  We'll keep you posted to what happens.

Kasia- We have Treos for our business and they work very well.  Being able to surf the web and download email directly to your cell phone is a huge advantage!

If there are multiple agents signed up in your area... Clear Capital sends assignments to several agents at once, and the first to grab is the winner. Make sure your email updates quickly or you'll miss the assignments. For instance, if you use Outlook, you can set to send/receive emails every minute...

They usually have lots of assignments. Best of Luck!

Dee- CC have changed their solicitation policy. "Effective May 1, 2007, Clear Capital solicits vendors one at a time. If the first vendor does not respond in the first few minutes, an e-mail solicitation will be sent to a second vendor. If the first two vendors do not respond, then a third vendor is sent an e-mail solicitation, and so on."

Thank you ladies!  I actually picked up my first assignment yesterday! :-D  It's an interior BPO, so I am looking for the best sold comps in the area.  I set my phone to download my email every 15 minutes.  Gets quite addictive checking for emails.  My sister is still waiting, but she'll get some too!

Well congratulations on receiving an assignment so soon. CC was the first company I signed up with, they had the pay option, but I went for the free and received I think just as many if not more than those who pay. I usually get 3-5 a week. Welcome to the world of BPO's!!!!

There new system is a "tricle down" assignment plan and most of the good orders are taken by agents who have been with them for several years. Sign up for a bunch of different companies and you will see your work go through the roof

Paul Moye-That was my one and only assignment from them thus far!  It can be a bit frustrating, but my sister and I have been signing up for a lot of companies lately.  Thanks for the advice!

Chi-Wow!  You're in a large city area and there are probably lots of agents already signed up there.  Paul is right...sign up with several different companies.  You'll start getting assignments soon, especially from the smaller companies.  ;)

See you in the Poconos!

I like doing work for Clear Capital... They are always very nice to deal with and understanding if you have any problems...It seems bpo's from them come all at the same time....Good luck!!!

Clear Capitol is a great company to work for.  I've had some of mine that were not and did not make the deal lines and they were able to extend them.  Good luck.

Clear Capital is the BEST!!! they just implemented a new program so you can get emails to your phone.

You do have to be always checking though. Even though they send to their first few agents, they get picked up fast. But their forms are one of the easiest and the people are very nice.

When I first started, I called them and asked. It took a couple of months to get going. Sign up for as many as you can. I am getting requests from others that I signed up over a year ago.

Landam is a good one for a lot to get you going. They broadcast also, so again, you need to be reading your email constantly.

I signed up with Clear Capital and it took about a month or so before I got work from them.  I'm signed up with about 15 companies and Clear Capital is the only one that has given me jobs.

I've been registered with Clear Capital for over 3 months before I got my first BPO from them (Last Week)... and by far they have one of the most user friendly systems I have used!

I'm signed up with CC as well and was able to get a couple jobs from them.  I like their system too.  I've done a few for Landam, but it's been luck.  They blast the jobs out and it's first come first serve FOR SURE!  I use Outlook and it's set to send/receive every minute.  I can be sitting right in front of my computer and not be fast enough to accept a BPO from them.  At the same time, I get a lot of opportunities from them and have done more for them than any other company.  Just hang in there.  You'll see it get better as time passes.  Do quality work every time and it will eventually get noticed.

I Sell Alaska!

They are about the ONLY BPO company that understands the geography of Southeast Alaska.  I just love those calls about a "drive by" for a town not accessible by road!

Anyway, Clear Capital actually pays quickly so they are good...
