Of the 20 major metropolitan areas, only four cities, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and Washington D.C. showed year over year gains in November with regard to growth rate.
And of all 20 major metropolitan areas only San Diego showed a gain in home prices. Only a gain of 0.1 percent but a gain none the less.
