Broomfield, Colorado’s Northmoor neighborhood is a nice neighborhood with homes reasonably priced, especially for first time buyers and investors. Most of the homes were built in the 1960’s and 1970’s and many of the homes have been updated and remodeled. Prices generally are from the $100’s to the 300’s. The area is approximately bounded by 136th on the north, Sheridan on the east, Midway on the south, and Aspen on the west.
