Ellen, Fannie Mae e-mails me daily with new HomePath properties coming on the market in Lane County. It's really increased so far in January. Have you done many HomePath loans? It's a good program for the right buyers.
Also, glad to see that you're showing off the beauty of western Oregon. Marcola is a nice, rural area. I give thanks each day that I'm able to live here.

Rick: I have done 1 HomePath loan so far. Envoy, the company I work for doesn't do the rehabilitation HomePath loans, and that's what most of the realtors contacting me are wanting. I researched and have not found anyone locally who does them actually - do you know of anyone? You're right - HomePath is a great loan and I will try to get that loan for my customers before going FHA. Great question - thanks for asking.
