Wow it has been a long day and it's only 9:17pm. But when you start at 5:00 AM that comes quickly.

I see a pickup. I feel good things coming.

Today was almost like a normal day in Real Estate! Wow, I wondered if we would ever see anything approaching normal ever again.

I am negotiating two contracts, took a new listing and lining up properties for a Buyer. This is almost normal real estate. For which I am most grateful.

The banks continue to be totally illogical in their response time, but life is good here in NJ. I am a very grateful and happy woman.

And Kate, don't forget that it is 5am Eastern, folks in CA are eaving the bars  (except Charlie Sheen, he sticks around)

I am a 5am guy too and it rocks to have all your paperwork done before the phone even thinks about ringing.

Hi Kate!

I enjoyed your post as I am working on getting to a normal in RE. Just when I think I am maybe there everything begins to crumble. This time in the business definitely tests ones love for the business. After 22 years you would think I can take the ups and downs but sometimes I just need that pick me up too!

Good times are coming and I am glad for your successful day!

Keep the faith!
