Seller says BUY ME

Everyone has been placed on hold the month of August. It seems like everyone is afraid to make a decision as to what to do. We still have people that their home is to small or they have had a new child or they have left home. But everyone is staying on hold not knowing what is the right thing to do. How low will that home go that I have been looking at on the Internet? Well the truth is that most sellers understanding that it is a buyer market. They are not trying to get some way out price on their home because most agents won't take the time to have the listing just sit there and it being so out of line. Buyer and sellers today are educated people. They do their homework far before they even decided to go out with an agent and look at homes or sell their homes. With the number of web sites available today everyone looks and see what is the current prices. Sometimes buyers are not clear on what a seller owes on their home. If a home was bought in the past year there isn't much room in the Milwaukee market for the seller to lower their price. Depending on what they put down when they bought the home. Seller are having to do some fixing up to show their home off in a good light. Removing excess items in their homes. Doing some painting. Giving that extra curb appeal.

"More the 4,000 metro Milwaukee homes entered foreclosure this year" stated the Milwaukee Journal.  Is puts many homes for buyer to choose from. With the current inventory buyers are spending more time before they decided which one is right for them.

Milwaukee homes did raise during the boom however not at the pace like California, Arizonia or Nevada. People were waiting in lines to purchase new homes in new developments there. You had investors buying multiple homes and reselling them. Milwaukee has always been steady in the home market. It was a good market and homes did raise. However they never got to the point of the other states.

Milwaukee and the surround areas really offer a lot. Many things are happening in and around Milwaukee to make it a place where people want to move too. We will get back on track and people will feel confident in returning to purchasing a new home. The need has not changed. Life is still going on and peoples needs are still their. So take a deep breath and feel good about seeing what is out there. This is a great time to buy.
