WOW, What A Gorgeous Day in Rockwall, Texas! Buyers Were Out in Rockwall, Texas!

The sun was shinning and the temps were in the 70's. Everyone was out and about, people wearing shorts walking dogs, bikers.....people were everywhere and they seemed to be having a wonderful time. It was just a "hometown" sort of day!

BUYERS WERE ALSO OUT LOOKING...AND BUYING! I was with a very motivated buyer and the phones were ringing with appointments for later today and tomorrow. Buyers seem to have a little more urgency then in the past!

My advise to sellers...is to get your homes cleaned up, de-cluttered...PRICED RIGHT...and on the market in order to take advantage of current activity.

Barbara, the weather here has been cold and a bit snowy and the buyers are still out. Usually its just a bit slow till the weather breaks just a bit, I hope activity is up all across the board.

Rene...yes, heaven on earth! Keep in mind this IS Texas...and we will be having a bit more un-70's weather this next week. BUT, we can see a glimpse of what is to come...also...hoping that the buyers getting out are a good indication of the market.
