The lending landscape in constantly changing. The chance to learn more and improve our skills is very important. From client relationships to product knowledge, we as professionals in our given field need to be prepared and well versed in what the market is doing. I have recently taken courses/training in FHA, Bond, MI, and Construction to Permanent lending (which is a one closing loan process at Chase, FYI). These refresher/enhancement sessions allow me to stay well informed in the lending landscape and allow me the opprotunity to share my knowledge and place my clients in the best possible product. We also need to realize that there is a need to "talk" to our clients, to slow down and "listen" and use real words and not "techno speak" when referring to our job skills, now more than ever its service, service, service, which builds relationships.
