Stay Hungry..... Live Happy

So  I am a Foodie... Yes I am an SEO princess (don't nearly proclaim to be a queen by any means) but I know a few things... but above it all, I am a foodie...

I am that loner that watches food network and the new network cooking channel so much my 3 year old goes around the house chanting.. "Cooking Channel, Stay Hungry"  Which is their mantra.... That's pretty bad...

But I do love cooking and if you saw my MEME  that was my very first passion. Cooking. I love it more than just about anything besides my husband and children..... although children come in at a close 2ndXander to 3rd on that one. HA!!!

But my 6 year old also starting adding his own mantra to the 3 year old's chant... when Caleb would say, "cooking channel, stay hungry" Xander, my 6 year old would pipe up "LIVE HAPPY!" .... like it was part of the branding of the network.... I said to him just today.. "you know, that's not what they say... where did you get that?".... and he chimes in, "I don't know... it just fits!"

That prompted this blog tonight... I have heard him say this for a few weeks and he kept saying it every time his little brother starts the theme. It got me thinking... "live happy"

Are you living happy?

I know I am.... I think my kids are too.. I can't be a business person all the time. I am human just like all of you. I have kids, a life, and things that take up other hours of my life then just business. Yet through it all... I am "living happy"

I love my life.. there are so many facets to it with our mission work, kids in school, networking and Personal SEO business, but yet, I love it. It's crazy, but then again, I wouldn't want it humdrum and boring.

I appreciate the support of family, loved ones and tons of friends I can turn to, lean on and gain council from in times of turmoil. My latest support group... ActiveRain, has been a huge supporter of my recent rental delemia.  But all in all.. I can say, I am STAYING HUNGRY..... AND LIVING HAPPY!

This is dedicated to my amazing 6 year old Muse... Xander... :) Love you baby!

Nice happy post-no pun intended. With out passion, be it ones husband, children, real estate or food, life would not be complete-it would be an existence. I however, do not like cooking. My next home will not have a kitchen. To a long, happy life.

Well now that I know your son walks around saying “Cooking Channel, Stay Hungry,” I’m embarrassed to say that I’ve never watched it. However, it might have something to do with the fact that it is not one of the first 50 channels, and I don’t subscribe to the next 50 or anything beyond.

Yes! I use to believe that happiness came only in "fleeting moments",BUT, the past few weeks I have been feeling HAPPY.... most of the time.  This has come from really controlling my thoughts.... learning how to change them immediatey,if they are coming from a place of "resistance". Jumping into the stream of life and going with the flow has certainly changed things for me...... no resistant thoughts and thinking a "better one"  to find relief from what I was creating through my own imagination! Life just keeps getting better and better..... thanks Tammy for your help too. And bless those little boys of yours and a husband willing to give his heart and hard labor to helping others make a better life and you are both making a better world.
