While networking at the REIN workshop, I met the Libertas team Keenan and Tyler. I'm not a client of Libertas, however. Keenan and Tyler were very helpful with some vacancies I have in Edmonton. Tyler sent me current market rents based for my units. Thank you, it was very helpful. http://www.lpmimgmt.com/ Secondly, Keenan suggested I contact my mortgage holders and request an exception on "Payment Waiver" for one month. In doing so, I found out that I had a cool mortgage with BNS which is called a Scotia Total Equity Plan-Multi product. Like most people, I never new I had this available to me. I have $24,000.00 LOC setting there in one property that I can use if required at Prime + 1%. Thats about $80.00 per month interest only. Lesson: Read all the documents, ya never know what ya got! Thirdly, TD had no problem with the "Payment Waiver' request. This may be a simple way to improve your monthly cashflow.
