Yesterday I received a phone call, this is a new client of mine, and he found me online. 

Initially asked if I can help, him and his wife find a suitable home, I said I would be happy to. 

My next question took him a little thinking, and while this is not unusual, it is also something you may want to give some thought before you just head out looking for a Redhawk home for sale in Temecula CA. 

What DO you want in a home? A roof? Sure - what about a garage? Yes - does it need to have more than 2 bays? Granite? Etc, etc...

Go along and look at tings like garages, firecplaces, how many garage spaces... Bedrooms, do you need one down, or would you like to have one. 

Once you have this list, you can hand it to your Realtor, and he or she, can help you find your Temecula CA dream home... It is a lot easier now that you know what you are looking for.
