5 Key Elements of Top Producing Real Estate Agents

Though there are many strategies in running a successful real estate business, there seem to be a few common traits of Top Producers.

1. Top Producers don’t keep their profession a secret.

2. Top Producers know that networking will build their business.

3. Top Producers are creative, independent thinkers.

4. Top Producers know how to make other people feel important.

5. Top Producers return calls promptly.

Among these elements, you’ll notice 4 out the 5 are in direct relation to other people.

Once we allow ourselves to take second place to the needs and importance of others, we then will be raised up as more successful.

My favorite part of our Realtor Code of Ethics, is the Golden Rule. Let’s remember, it’s in our best interest.

On a serious note, yes, these are simply great traits, and as you mentioned, stick it on the wall just behind your laptop...(like a secret check!)

AWESOME, Don!!!! It's not about US!!!! Okay, I don't normally tout myself, but I think the BEST thing I bring to real estate is being able to LISTEN. LISTEN to what my clients are saying - LISTEN. Only when I KNOW my clients wants and needs am I able to give THEM the best service. Telling them what I think they want to hear is just noise!!!!
