We're CELEBRATING!!!!!!! Even though critics have questioned "Why would anyone open a new real estate business in this market?" we opened a new real estate office in April, 2007. We're CELEBRATING!!!!! at Quantum One Realty Open House

You have heard all the rheteric about bad market, interest rates rising, loan going away, foreclosures are up..... whine, whine, whine. There have been much worse times and I imagine there will be fluctuations in the future. Although the market has changed there are reasons to celebrate.

We're CELEBRATING!!!!
     We live in the best country in the world.
     We have the freedom to be in our business.
     We live in one of the most prosperious countries in the world.
     Some of our worst situations are better than the average in some places.
     We have opportunities untold if we choose them.
     Food is in abundance.
     Health services are the best in the world.
     Education is available for everyone if they choose.
     Free speech is a protected right.
     Public libraries provide untold knowledge is we choose.
     We travel freely without fear.
     We live in Paradise! No snow to shovel! Sunshine is great! Beaches are beautiful!

We're CELEBRATING!!!!
     The Real Estate Profession is basically nondiscrimatory.
     Opportunities abound in the Real Estate Profession if you choose.

Lisa, After being in Alaska for 22 years, shoveling show, plowing snow off the runway to fly my airplane, being cold, I decided to go back home to sunny Florida where cold was 50 degrees and snow was on the TV.
