Randy....I'm a mountain freak!  I love it.  Makes me homesick for my Rockies!

Wow, it almost looks fake, like a photoshop picture of the mountains in the back!  Great shot!

Randy, that is great, where is it taken?  It looks familiar, but it is just on the fringe of my recognition.  At any rate it is a beautiful photo!

Spectacular view and photo- it does make one speechless. In New Jersey we too hove mountains of snow, unfortunately they're on our driveways and at curbs of intersections.

Really lovely photo.

Very majestic view, Randy. Is this from a public park or golf course?

Larry, Thanks for your comment. I am lost without mountains. We have had enough fog, smog, and snowy days to not see these beautiful mountains during the winter it was just so nice to walk out and see this sight.

Chris, You are right it does almost look fake, or photo shopped. I actually took it with the camera on my Droid-X phone. I haven't altered it in any way.

Lynda, It is recent, I took it on January 22nd. Thanks for your comment.

Tony & Darcy, Keep working on it, it may come to you.

Randy,

Calling this view "awesome" is an understatement. The mountains look chiseled. Great shot. :)

Krista, Thanks for liking it. I'm so glad I stopped and took the picture. I almost didn't.

Maria, It has been a unique winter this year. Seems the east coast has been socked in several times This year. I'm glad you liked our mountains. I missed capturing an incredible sunset on these same mountains the other night. They don't last long enough. By the time I got to a place I could pull over the sun was done!

Rob, Thanks! Sure is nice when the subject hold nice and still for a shot.

John, Not a park, or golf course. Glad you like the view.

Steve S. Nature is awesome isn't it. Thanks for your comment.

Mel & Gretchen, There is some of the greatest skiing in the world here. We claim it is the Greatest Snow on Earth.

Toni, I am lost without the mountains. It would be strange not to have them as a reference point

Steve H., Thanks for your comment. They are pretty amazing. God's handywork indeed.
