Montovani Italian Restaurant Opens in Ormond By The Sea, Florida

Montovani Italian Restaurant is now open at 1064 Ocean Shore Blvd. in Ormond By The Sea, Florida in the building formally occupied by Lovece's Restaurant; Montovani offers an extensive menu of everything from soups, salads and appetizers to deserts including pizza, subs and a kids menu.

Montovani is open daily 3 pm to 10 pm and also offers carry-out or delivery service. Entrees range in price from $8 to $22.

Took my dad there soon after opening...food was not great and service was poor...just went may 2011...we were the only ones there on early Saturday night..entree took about 1 hour and 15 minutes...pastas were cold and crunchy (not aldente) chicken rubbery...when we mentioned this the "space cadet" waitress gave us a 5 dollar coupon...we left it...thought it was poor that owner didn't come out to apolgize...definitely NOT even close to the Italian restaurant that was there before ..this restaurant will not last ...thank god!
