I received a call from AR saying I was being grandfathered in as a RainMaker. I think this might be because I joined several years ago. I didn't really get started blogging and commenting until October of this year after attending a great AR presentation by a fellow Mortgage Girlfriend. I think they said I need to post a blog within 24 hours. So, I'm here blogging. Enjoy your day.

Lucky you - I pay monthly for it. I agree with what Judith Parker said above - localism posting is a great way to get google juice which makes it easier for people to find you on the internet.
