Hey Everyone, It's been a long time since JGB has played in WC and this Saturday the 22nd we'll be back! We'll be playing for the first time at The Arts Scene which is only a couple blocks off of the main stretch in downtown WC. The place is a contemporary art gallery, a music venue, and a cafe/restaurant all under one roof. They also have an in-house concert Steinway grand piano... how lucky! The digital piano will be staying at home... For anyone that has seen us perform at Vincent's over the past few years... you'll probably remember our great friend Erica Brown (who was the charming waitress at those shows). Erica is an incredible artist and her exhibit "Painting, a Passionate & Maddening Dance" is on display September 6th-October 6th. It's an excellent coincidence that her art will be on exhibit and for sale while we'll be playing our show that night. The evening begins at 6:30 for dinner/cafe time and browsing the galleries. The concert will be 8-10. The entrance donation is $10/$5 with student I.D. We hope you can join us this Saturday... it'll be a great night out in WC.
