Seeking For Sale By owners To Post On Your Website

By

A question? Has anyone tried or had any success in having or allowing a "for sale by owner" to place a free listing on your website. They would agree to be in a client relationship but would also agree to pay you a commission if you bring a client in who buys their property. A variation could be where you agree to screen calls for them in the hopes of getting leads for yourself from those who can not afford the place and are willing to work with you as you find them a lower priced property. I look forward to your comments.,

I do not post their properties in my MLS listings database, but I suppose I could post it directly on my website?  There is a lot of grey area there though?  I help them with market analysis reports and staging their homes, but usually don't try to push them as they get extremely irritated.  I find it is best to wait a few weeks after they have tried things on their own and after about the 3rd or 4th week they start to get to be more receptive!
