According to Lawrence Yun, chief economist from the National Association of Realtors, "Home buyers in 2010 got a great deal, and buyers for 2011 have an edge over sellers. Affordability could reach a generational high 2011 because of rock-bottom mortgage interest rates, helped partly by the Fed's very accommodative monetary policy." In Bucks County, Pennsylvania and more specifically, the lower part of Bucks County; Levittown, Langhorne, Bensalem, Yardley, Feasterville, etc., we are seeing a huge upswing in the amount of people looking for homes. The phone is ringing more, plenty of people stopping by open houses and the general state of mind of some of these potential buyers seems to be better than the past few years.
