The interesting fact is that all buyers chose single story homes. Traditionally single story homes command a higher price per square foot which held true in these cases. Buyers are gaining access to the community with a lower price and accepting smaller spaces to live in exchange.
The total days on market decreased by 85.85% to 15 days. This is showing a fierce demand for single story homes. There are currently 10 active homes on the market in Canyon Creek. The absorption rate is 3.33% which explains it will take 3.33 months for the 10 homes to sell. I'd say it looks like a pretty healthy market for Canyon Creek in comparison to other parts of the country.
