As you can see, most of the price ranges under $300,000 are really moving well, while the upper end remains a bit slower. However, with an absorption rate right around 6 months we remain in a healthy balanced market. We are seeing a lot of new construction in the $180,000 - $250,000 price range that is really driving the market. We anticipate an upswing in all of these numbers as we prepare for the spring market over the next month or two.
