Patty,yes challenging it is but there are some excellent homes available for those home buyers that are serious about buying and some great loan program available for them that aren't like the ones that have helped with all the problems we have today. I just hope that the home buyers get in on the market before the market and loans pass them by. It's an excellent opportunity for the home buyer, right now!
