Buy Buy Buy.  No actually steal steal steal.  It is a funny market and sellers get insulted, but many times it is the agent that gets them fired up.  Agents are supposed to take the emotion out of it, and get the deal done.  So next time you receive a low offer from a buyer think about it and work the deal the best you can
