What a place! I remember the first time I was there to visit about 5 years ago. My in-laws were visiting from Colorado and we decided to take a bike ride with our children around the lake. We were thinking it would only take a couple of hours but soon found ourselves there the entire day. We started at the boat docks and watched the kids chase the ducks around for and hour or so. Then we rode up into one of the subdivisions scouting for homes. This lasted for quite some time. The weather was beautiful and a cool 79 degrees. There was not a cloud in the sky. It was a perfect day for a bike ride. After a while we decided to visit the beach down by the children's playground. Wow not only was the water beautiful but clean. The parks were clean and the facilities were taken care of immaculately. I loved this community. We then traveled back to the community center where all the action took place. People were in the workout facilities and by the outdoor pool reading a book and sunning themselves. Others were coming out of the clubhouse from an afternoon of golf. Pretty neat stuff.
I found that after sometime of living in the South West Valleythat more and more people started to migrate toward Estrella. Many people such as, second home buyers who loved to golf, bike ride or even hike; families who were looking for a tight knit community with excellent schoolsand a sense of safety; also, people looking for luxury in a desert setting at a very lucrative price.
Estrella Mountain Ranchhas just added a new grocery store Safeway. They have added many other restaurants and even my company West USA Realty. This is a fantastic way to see that a community is making progress. People are moving to Estrella Mountain Ranch and thriving.
I have been proudly serving as a Realtor in the Estrella Mountain Ranch Community and would be happy to tell you more about their schools, community programs and most of all their amazing deals in housing. Please feel free to contact me anytime.
