Whats new with CJ Davies Virtual Tours? Obviously Real Estate agents have been using Virtual Tours for a long time now. I always questioned the utility of these tools. As much as I could see, any one could click through a photo gallery just as effectifly as if I put a collage of pictures together with a little music. I used to just use Picasa to uplaod and arange my photos in a few minutes, throw some captions in there and upload my new video to Youtube. The problem I was running into is that I had people looking at my videos, but what good was that doing? No one could easily contact me, I could not capture exactly who was interested in the property, and I was lacking the nessesary syndication needed in this diverse Market.
After attending the 2010 REALTOR Convention in Atlantic City, I came across a great Virtual Tour site that has been leading the way in this type of advertising. TourFactory.com allows me to do so many things I was not EASILY able to do creating virtual tours myself. I now have many new and exciting options, including but not limited to:

- Easy email, print, and dowload options available to any one
- Ability to save my virtual tour with one click of a button
- Simplified contact management and lead capture
- increased recognition - tours automatically syndicated to over 20 different sites
- Links provided to add my tour to almost any of my advertising methods such as this blog, Facebook, and other social media
