Here are some before and after pictures of a staged home in Picacho Hills, Las Cruces, New Mexico. My wonderful neighbor put her house on the market, and I staged her home prior to listing the property. The home is a wonderful rammed earth home with thick walls and all the character that a southwest home has to offer.
The best case scenerio for staging a home is before you list the property. Well...this home sold within ten days at full asking price!, with two buyers competeing with each other.....not bad in a down market! A staged home will allow the owner to list the property in the highest possible price range.
