Doesn’t everyone? Need land for their yurt, that is...?!
This is my latest quest...a fun one at that. My buyer is dead serious...he wants a plot of land in the hills, anywhere from Mount Washington to Malibu. The only other criteria is that it must have a view.
The “view” can be anything from a beautiful valley filled with hillside homes, to an ocean vista from above on the cliffs. Yowza!
But, when we add in the “budget” factor....ah yes, back to Mount Washington it is! Lovely, as this is some of the best land value in the Los Angeles hills. There is still some prime property left up there, with views stretching to downtown LA and north to the snow covered mountains.
This one will be fun. I’m looking forward to having cocktails in the yurt to celebrate...as he tells me it only takes 3 days to fully “install/build” his yurt.
Wonder where he’ll keep the yaks?!

Hmmm. Much of our undeveloped land here can be a challenge to build on due to environmental impact. I hope it's better for you down there.
