About Me!!!

John Dionne is from East Providence, Rhode Island. He attended East Providence High School where he was the captain of the hockey team from 1996 - 1998. He is a 1998 graduate of East Providence High School.

Upon completion of high school, John decided to pursue an Associates Degree from the Community College of Rhode Island. In his first year of college John was introduced to Delta Epsilon Chi, a prominent business club which gives its members the chance to compete in business case studies with other college students in the state, and national level. 

While attending college John landed an entry level internship with a small local mortgage company. In his second year in college John was elected to become president of his Delta Epsilon Chi chapter. 

Later that year John earned the right to represent his chapter at the state level competing in sales and marketing. John placed first in the state and was offered the opportunity to represent the state of Rhode Island in a national sales competition held in Anaheim, California. John beat all the competition and was named the International DECA Champ taking home the gold metal in the category of Sales Manager Meeting. 

In June of 2005 with a national gold metal under his belt and already 2 years of mortgage experience behind him, John was promoted to the full time position of sales manager at the same company he stared as an intern. John grew his network in the mortgage business fast, and always felt that he needed a bigger stage with more support to perform on.  

  John was introduced to Province Mortgage Associates in September of 2006. Once introduced to the company, John immediately recognized a level of professionalism he had not been exposed to thus far in the mortgage industry. John chose to become part of the team here at Province Mortgage Associates, and "feels lucky to be surrounded with this much support".  

In July 2006 John got married to his wife, Lynn, who is a special education teacher. They bought a home in East Providence, RI, which they both enjoy. With John's past mortgage experience, leadership skills, and vast product knowledge he can make any purchase or refinance a smooth and also informative experience. John is a below average golfer, and also an avid fan of the Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics, and Bruins; somewhat of a hometown hero.
