Good morning, Terry.....I think land is a great investment.....it will only increase in value....they don't make land anymore and the longer you hold it, the more it will be worth....

Lot prices here have fallen to 1992 levels in many places. It can be a good time to buy if you can afford the holding costs. There's a lot of inventory on the market in Lane County, Oregon.
