Hi Lindsay--it is a great house--used to be my home.  For the ACTIVE ADULT who LOVES to bike-hike-ski in the mountains ... it is the perfect place to be ... and then of course ... you get to come home and swim to cool off.

Here is a picture of Bell Canyon Reservoir--the trail head is directly across the road (outside of the complex) --very convenient. Bell Canyon Reservoir is across the road from LaMontagne Ln 801 243 5854
