I wanted get a quick video done to feature this property to horse lovers.

This is not completely set up as a a horse property yet but could be very easily. The pasture (that is fenced and has an electric wire) comes right up to the back of the pole barn. It would be easy to convert the third stall of the pole barn into 2 horse shelters that would then have access to the pasture.  This would live two slots for vehicles or projects ... whatever you choose.

The other great thing is that this has Green Acres Water District and 2 acre feet of water a year for $97.

Add in a turn around driveway and loads of parking and the potential here is unlimited.
